Motion graphic designer

Design details: Hi all,

I need to bring a motion graphics person into an active project, where I need a few simple motion graphics made.

I'm creating a short 'how to' video and I need a couple of basic animations for overlay. Similar graphics can be seen here;

The draft video will be provided so you can accurately create the graphics for the slots they need to fit into.

Please can you give me a ballpark estimate on what you'd charge to create these graphics and a timeframe in which it can be completed after I've sent over the draft video. Examples of your work are compulsory and if you have any similar work in the 'how to' style of videos, please do send links.
