Minimalist Architectural Illustration for Public Space

I am seeking a talented illustrator who can create a minimalist/ stylized architectural illustration of a streetscape with low rise buildings (in one of the GCC countries) that I can later use for an animated whiteboard video as a case study of my work.

So the aim is to create the before and after images. I'd want to show the same streetscape as is (messy, exposed utilities on the facades, aging doors..) and then I want to show the "after"

1- Create the stylized image of the existing KSA streetscape (based on an image that I will provide). 2- build a collage of the interventions (fences, doors, facade paint, texture, perforated patterns), then apply the collage into the existing streetscape
So 3 images of almost same content

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in creating architectural illustrations.
- Expertise in minimalist style design, with the ability to communicate complex architectural designs through simple and engaging illustrations.
- Must have a strong understanding of architecture and design principles, and demonstrate an understanding of the purpose of the video.
people with architectural background or urban design, familiarity or previous experience working for KSA/ Gulf projects is a plus

TASKS:
- Conceptualizing and executing architectural illustrations that clearly showcase a streetscape scene.
- Ensuring the final illustration aligns perfectly with my goals.
- Working collaboratively (optimally to share work in progress drafts prior completion) to make necessary revisions to meet project requirements.
