Mascot design

Hello,
I would like to do is create a cartoon style Black Pig mascot that we can use as a logo and printing. You must be able to draw many different versions of the same character as I would like to make a series of merch like mugs and t-shirts.

Example: Pig Playing golf with the caption Tee Time

The delivery of vector files should include the main Black Pig character, a text logo with his name followed by the character in 8 different poses repenting 8 different activities. The theme for the project is based on activities that visitor to a seaside location might partake in. Some ideas include Surfing, Paddle Boarding, Golfing, visiting the beach (many possibilities here like the Black Pig sunbathing, building a sandcastle or eating ice cream), swimming, fishing, boating, jet ski. Points to note:
- The drawing MUST be 100% original - I have seen many, many hours searching stock image website for a pig that we might be able to use.
- If you have any stock images in your portfolio then please do not contact me.
- You must have the rights to pass on 100% of the copyright on all aspects of this drawing/graphics to me.
- The pig has to be black, not grey, but other colours are welcome in props etc.
- Initial concept ideas, as well as the final product, should follow the theme outlined.
- You must be able to reproduce the character in many different poses.
- After completing the first set of prints, you should be in a position to offer more design ideas incorporating the character.
- Vector files should be delivered in CMYK and not RGB
- The vectors should be layered and not flat to allow for the rasterisation of different elements.
- As a bonus (not a requirement), the vector be print ready for both CMYK as well as white toner printer (if you know how to print backs on a white toner printer then we are already off to a good start).
- When you send me an offer, start the message with the word "pancakes"

Upon completion of this project, I have a second project with the same criteria, lined up and ready to go just with a different character.
