Make the ad look good and pdf print ready

Text and size to stay same but would like change in layout, colour, font, etc. and needs to be print ready PDF format as that's what the newspaper has asked for. Require this ad to look very catchy and stand out...as it's quite small. Note - this is targeted towards homeowners in financial distress, so message needs to come across very clearly and pack a punch. Should come in lower than £40 but PPH doesn't allow for less!
