Make a cartoon for my web site

First and formost I want a moving cartoon making, not a frog to look like a cartoon caracter, I already have my logo being designed to look like that cartoon
I am about to have a new web site put together.
Too many web sites are boring with no fun factors
This will be for my company web site, the name of the company is Lawn frog
We offer a annual lawn mowing / grass cutting service with flower bed tidying as our core service.
The cartoon that must be done in such a manor as my web person can load it straight onto the site
My thoughts are I want a frog mowing a lawn (the frog logo will be supplied to the winning bidder)
