Looking for a vector illustrator

We are looking for someone to work in partnership with, who can create vector images from photos of customer horses faces. We will then use this to create a poster to sell in retail. Our website is www.horsy.co.uk. I have added some images to give you a clearer idea of what we are looking for. This will be an ongoing need, so we will be working closely together and paying every week per image. We are looking to pay £8 per image. We're not looking for a very detailed image, more something simple and modern.

We will then choose a supplier, once we have seen an example of your work to make sure we are happy with the standard. I have attached a photo of the first pony we would like to use images of on our website.
