Experience Level: Expert
I am looking to do a tattoo on my arm, from my shoulder down to my elbow. Looking for something that represents good and evil. A man on his knees in shackles on a set of stairs that is falling apart. The one shackle would be broken with his hands reaching up towards the Ray of light. The other shackle in tacked pulling back. Storms all around. Stairs below falling apart. The Ray is pushing through the clouds.
