Design details: We need a professional looking infographic that will be used as part of a poster presentation at an upcoming conference.
The infographic will showcase our webchat support service - what it does, how many people we have supported, what sort of feedback we've received etc. We obviously we supply all the information, but need guidance in layout etc.
We have a fairly good brand package - logo, fonts and colours and would like the infographic to use these.
Target audience: Healthcare professionals, parents
Messages to communicate through the design: We want to show we offer a professional but friendly service that is open to anyone.
Things to avoid: monochrome, too much detail
