Looking for a graphic designer for an on-going project

Looking for a graphic designer who can design animated infographics
Think Snapchat stories.
Looking to pay £35 for first design
Then to work together on a continuous basis for 3 designs a week at £20 per design.
This is an on going project which could last upto six months, ideally longer.
Please show me your portfolio and any animation you have created.
The graphics may only include one or two image that move, let’s get creative.
