Logo Re - Design

I'm having a beer tap custom made as a gift for a friend. As part of the customisation I want to alter the Heineken badge (as seen in the attachment) in the following manner. This image will then be sent to the tap manufacturer for production.

Simply Replace:
"Heineken" with "Horan"
"Trade" with "Cullion"
"Mark" with "Trained"

The fonts used should be an exact match. The colours used should allow for the logo to be back-lit (this is critical - so please ask if unclear).

For someone with the right skill-set, this should be a pretty easy task. Sensible prices only please.
