Logo and Facebook Cover logo

I'm looking for an enthusiastic graphic designer to create a logo and facebook cover photo for a new online supplement store.

I need someone with enthusiastic flair, that wont mind me asking questions and being really picky. But the right person will get LOTS of repeat business.
After this initial design, there will be plenty more work of twitter backgrounds, new cover photos etc...

Potentially a slightly lighter look. However i like the green and grey look.
I sort of wanted to incorporate the toilet door man (A muscley version) somewhere in the logo. But this is where the creative flair will need to come in handy.

Price is dependant on work.
