Lettering title for a music CD

Lettering: We're looking for a title for a CD, "Cinderella Shoe"
The lettering must be 'organic' to the project.
Must fit a 1:4.5 space (1 height, 4.5 length).
I've attached a draft cover with the location boxed out, and a hand-lettered version completed by the original illustrator (wrong dimensions) which is too busy.
Lyrics in the song (a country duet) to which the title refers (for inspiration and 'organic' fit):
"We weren't made for each other
We had to carve and cut and hew
Til my cold blue iron heart
Could nestle in your Cinderella Shoe"
Because the artwork throughout the materials is strong, we do NOT want additional artwork with the lettering, e.g., letters as shoes, etc. But we do want the lettering to communicate the project in some way.

We're in a bit of a rush.
If you have a concrete idea, and can sketch it out in a way that we get it and like it, then we'll choose quickly and hope to proceed and finish quickly also. (One iteration? Maybe two?) We'd like to have this complete by March 13!
