Isometric city scene OR hand drawn city map

This would be a line drawn isometric perspective of a city or a city map - both of which I can give guidance for, but you will have the creative freedom to come up with a fantastical perspective. This would be for an imagined Scandinavian city, so a historic quarter, a river, tourist sights, hotels, a shopping area and so forth. Strictly no AI please; I will ask for stage posts if I commission you.

I have a good history on here, will pay well and may even offer bonuses for quality and originality. This will appear in printed books and potentially on a T-shirt, so needs to be a line drawing in the style of Tom Gauld (use him as your barometer for the vision).
