We have developed a smartphone app to beta and are currently looking to redesign the complete user interface - we need a real "wow" factor when a user first see the app so need a designer who is highly creative.
The redesign has to work within the constraints of the current functionality, so any designer should have access to an iPhone (3GS or 4).
