Instruction manual wood design business

Design details: We're looking for someone to create a small instruction manual for us. Have a look at the attachment. The 6 photos should be turned into simple, pared-down hand-drawn or vector illustrations with the text underneath. I would like to use a 20x20cm sheet of paper which is ultimately folded down to 10x10cm.

No colours needed, just black sketches and writing would be ok. Maybe print everything on coloured paper instead.

We would like to work with someone who gives us 2 or 3 options/variations for the visual style. It would be good to see the manual in both Josefin Sans and Open Sans Condensed font.

It is pretty urgent, so we're looking for the drafts to be with us early next week.
Ideas for the visual style: informal, based on website and/or business card
Where the design will be used: will be sent our with my coat racks when purchased
