Infographic for a document checklist that we provide to clients

Hi, We create a document checklist for clients which details the documents they require to enable us to submit their mortgage application, however, there are ways in which documents are acceptable i.e. they can't be cropped for a passport for example and bank statements have to either be downloaded online, stamped by the bank or hardcopy originals presented. We'd like to create a 2/3 page infographic which easily illustrates this.
