We are seeking a talented and creative illustrator to bring to life our children's book titled "Otti's Adventures." This is the first book in a series that follows the whimsical and educational journeys of Otti, a charming and curious character designed to engage young readers.

Key Responsibilities:
Create Illustrations: Produce high-quality, vibrant illustrations that capture the essence of Otti and his adventures.
Character Design: Develop unique and memorable designs for Otti and other supporting characters.
Scene Illustration: Design detailed backgrounds and settings that enhance the storytelling experience.
Collaborate with Author: Work closely with the author to ensure the illustrations align with the narrative and vision of the book.
Feedback Iteration: Revise illustrations based on feedback to achieve the desired final artwork.
Requirements:
Experience in Children's Book Illustration: Proven portfolio showcasing previous work in children's book illustrations.
Artistic Style: Ability to create whimsical, colorful, and engaging illustrations suitable for young readers. In a watercolour "Beatrix Potter" sketch style.
Creativity: Strong creative vision to bring characters and stories to life.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the author.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in character design and scene creation.
Deliverables:
Character Sheets: Detailed designs of Otti and main characters.
Full-Page Illustrations: Approximately 20-30 full-page illustrations (subject to final book length).
Cover Art: Eye-catching and inviting book cover design.
Final Files: High-resolution files in appropriate formats for print and digital publishing.
