Illustrator for a non-commercial children's book

I need 25 images for a children's book for my son and partner.

5 of these images need to be of decent quality and are illustration form of photographs. The other 20 can be hastily thrown together to save on time and thus cost.

We can talk about style and the such.

I appreciate my budget is small but as I state above this book isn't being produced to make money and as such my spend is much reduced.

Please do not get in touch to tell me you can do a great job for a higher amount. I have a very fixed budget.
