Illustrator/CAD internal drawing minor amendments

Hi there,

I need some VERY minor changes made to 2 basic layout plan PDFs.

I can open it in Adobe Illustrator but have no idea how to use the program.

The plans are for rooms within a building and I need to show where minor internal changes have been made i.e: doors and walls moved.

On one drawing ONE door and ONE wall have been moved.

On the second drawing 4 doors and two walls have been moved - this is the attached sample.

This entire job will take under an hour (minutes really) for anyone with a passing knowledge of Illustrator.

I will provide hand sketches of the "AFTER" as a guide.
