Illustrations Required for Lotería Cards

I need an illustrator with some graphic design experience who can deliver illustrations for a set of 54 reimagined playing cards based on the Mexican game of "Lotería". In addition to the illustrations, you will also need to provide some UI assets for an online game that will fit with the same theme.

The deliverables for the project are the following:

- 54 single hi-res illustrations for playing cards
- Up to 20 revisions to allow changes to be made to card illustrations across the whole deck if required
- A card backing image designed to fit the style of the illustrations
- UI assets in JPG and PNG format such as buttons, backgrounds, borders and dialog decorations as needed for a maximum of 8 screens.

The illustrations and designs I'm looking for in this project will be Art Deco inspired, but I would like you to add your own style to make the deliverables more unique. I will expect you to use concepts and work with me on agreeing a colour palette that will be used across all the illustrations and designs, and that will unify the whole project under a single theme.

You should be able to start within 2 weeks of acceptance of your proposal and I would like the project to be completed within 2 months. Card illustrations will need to be delivered for review regularly throughout the project instead of as a single group at the end.
