I am looking for someone to draw illustrations for us on a regular basis, I work for Spiderwize and we are an assisted self publishing company, we help people publish their books without having to go through a large publishing agent.

We are getting more and more customers come forward with children s books that would like to publish and 9 times out of 10 they would like them illustrated. We have an in house illustrator, but as each illustration takes around 5 hours she is struggling to keep up.

The first book I need illustrations for is a children's book based around horse riding it is called Ribbons & Rings I have detailed the illustration briefs below.

Illustration 1: needs to represent a black young stallion horse who breaks free at a show jumping event and knocks of stewards.

Illustration 2: needs to represent Sam (blonde haired boy aged 8) kissing Lilly ( a dark haired girl aged 8) at a show jumping event.

This could end up being a very positive working relationship between us and the illustrator, I would need to know how long each illustration would take and the price, also if the author wants any tweaks making to the illustration how much will this cost?
