Illustration or render image required

Design details: We need an illustration (or ideally a render image) of a medical device connected to a laptop. I have attached an example picture. The device needs to be very similar to the one in the image but perhaps a different shape (oval maybe). The laptop should feature graphics/info on the screen different to those in this current image (to be defined). The image will be used within a web-based survey.
