Illustration of trains for volunteer railway fundraising campaign

Design details: A heritage railway would like to raise funds to purchase a steam engine. They would like a vintage railway poster similar to the attached Flying Scotman and 30 years posters in style and standard. They would like three engines - the engine they hope to purchase and two of their favourites either side (we have many photos of these). The concept is to welcome the new engine to the family. We need an illustrator to produce the illustration only - we will work on the graphics. They have a budget of £250 for this illustration.
