Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I'm looking for someone to create a little illustration of a fairly simple process (I've sketched the idea).
Essentially, I want to visualise a plastic case being manufactured in an injection moulded machine with additional details.
Attached is a online diagram of an injection moulding machine, I just want this to be simplified, we don't need to label all the parts, it just need to be obvious that there is materials being added to the funnel part and they go along the tube to the mold.
The mold will be create a phone case (we are a phone case company who design phone cases), the special quality we want to show is that we've added 'Anti-microbial additives' to the TPU (plastic) in the manufacturing process, to create a phone case with anti-microbial properties (e.g. protects from bacteria and germs).
The last section is the 'close up' of how the anti-bacterial properties work. We want to 'zoom in' to the surface of the phone case to explain the basic principle.
Basic principle: the antimicrobial additives contains Ag ions (silver ions), these Ag Ions attack the enzymes inside a bacteria which causes the bacteria to die and therefor rendering it inactive, keeping your phone clean and safe from germs.
We could include a KEY (like I have listed in the sketch) that shows 1) Bacteria, 2) Enzyme 3) Ag IONS
Small descriptions could also point (like in the sketch) to say ‘Bacteria contains enzymes’, ‘Ag IONS attack enzymes’ and ‘Bacteria death’
This diagram will be added to a PowerPoint presentation to win a tender with a client so it needs to be professional, clean and easy to understand.
The deadline for this is Thursday, potentially Friday.
