Illustration logo design

I’m looking for an experienced illustrator to come up with a logo design for my newly formed company: Mishka Property Management Limited.

Mishka is our dog, he’s a white Swiss Shepherd. The idea is to have a kennel with Mishka in front of his “house”. I’ve uploaded a similar image to the one I’m looking for, this is of a German Shepherd but I’d like the one drawn to have Mishka facing the other way and with his name on the kennel. Mishka is also obviously white (or cream) and the design needs to work on a white background such as letterheads etc.

I like the slightly cartoon style but have also uploaded a few pictures of Mishka as reference since I want to keep the essence of him.
