Illustration (jpeg) editing

I have a jpeg illustration (attached). I want the image of the woman by herself without the additional patterns and dragonflies.

I also wanted a version of the picture where the hair doesn't stretch out to the right, but falls straight keeping a natural shape. The background colour is fine as it is, so this would be extended down. I have attached a second version of the file to try and illustrate what I mean (see the thick white line in file name KI3)
