Illustration for logo

I am looking for a person to design the main piece of my logo I have a sketch but need adding to it and everyone has pushed me towards an illustrator I have sent the sketch I need it to be more neat looking but I don’t want the flowers and the dragonfly I need a 3 headed snake of some sort to be wrapped around the border going round maybe then coming down from top with each head coming through where the flowers were originally?colours also? Let me know as bit complex
