Illustration and branding designer needed

I am looking for a superb illustration and branding designer for a new brewery and tavern on the island of Jersey called 'The Mermaid Brewery & Tavern'

We are looking for someone to design a striking, traditional mermaid character, but with a modern twist, complete with strong typography.

The branding and illustration will be used across all mediums such as website, street signs and merchandise.

This is not a quick vector illustration job. We are looking for something high-end, bespoke and meaningful.
