Icons and a letter template

I am looking for a series of 18-20 icons to be used in our client care letters. These will be around the size of a 2p coin and inside of a Blue ring.

The icons will represent different departments and sections of the letter. i.e. Residential Conveyancing, then things like cost estimate, communication, time scales, what's next, fees, etc.

I have a very rough example of the kind of thing i'm looking for, which I can send you.

We would also like a word template design, to make the letters look a little more attractive, professional, welcoming. This could just be a header/footer design.
