I want a 3D illustration

I need a high resolution image of the photo I am sending you with the magnified close up in a circle. I would like the magnification to be done in the front where the thread goes past the two needles> the arrow heads have to be appealing so they have to look strong and glossy as this will be used for marketing purposes, it needs to be high resolution as it will be used in PRINT.
