I need to turn a 2D image into a 3D image

Please see the attached image file. It is a simple 2D image of a person in a bed and someone standing next to them. There is ventilation on the ceiling at the foot of the bed and an extract on the floor at the head of the bed. I want to show the airflow path in 3D (this is currently not shown in the image). I also want to show the breath of the 2 people in the image (also not currently shown). They should be separated by the airflow of the ventilation path.

I need something visually appealing which looks 3D so it is easier to understand.

I also need a second image where the ventilation is coming from the end of the bed at bed height but everything else is the same as the first image.
