I need the letters to re-done and made into an image file

I want the letters in this image to be exactly redone and cleaned up and put into a black and white image file. They all need to be the same size and proportion (Specifically the 'THE' because its really crooked in the image). I would like the edges of the letters to flat and straight instead of rounded as it looks in the picture due to the letters in the image being embroidered.

I just need solid black letters on a white background, as if I were to directly type them out in Microsoft Word as text. I want it to be sized and shaped accordingly to how it is in the picture, and I want all of the edges to be flat and straight (the cotton in the picture overlaps the edges of the embroidery making the edges appear rounded/rough which is not what I'm looking for)
