I need someone to draw up to 11 pictures for children's book.

I need a designer who is able to illustrate the cover photos and internal book illustrations for a children's book.
The book is about things children do throughout the morning. It is bilingual so it will be written in two languages, and the rest of the page will be illustrations. The main character is a curly haired black boy (to resemble my child) doing different morning activities like putting on pajamas, brushing his teeth, eating breakfast, etc.
I do have some ideas about how I want the images to look. (I don't know if I can post it here, but either way we can discuss it beforehand).
I will be selling the book on Amazon so someone experienced with the their illustration limits is preferred.
