I need some icons created (must be original)

i'd like to have 15 (square / with round corners, so they look like apps) icons to represent parts of my job, namely
HEARING TESTS, CUSTOM HEARING AIDS***, CONNECTED HEARING AIDS****TINNITUS ADVICE, NOISE PROTECTION*, IN EAR MONITORS**, HEARING AID BATTERIES, HEARING AID REPAIRS, TYMPANOMETRY******, SOUND PROOF BOOTH, HEARING INSTRUMENT ANALYSER*****, VIDEO OTOSCOPY, PAEDIATRIC HEARING TESTS, LYRIC HEARING AID, FUNDING ADVICE (probably a £ sign?)

probably with the background in the darker blue used on my website (rjdhearingcare.co.uk), with the subject in white or lighter blue, with text underneath / outside the icon?
