I need SKULL designed In 3D, Sketch, Close to a real look

I need a designer who can Specialise in Drawing me a Skull of a face, the skull needs to be forward facing for A5 cover of a book design with a plain back cover. I would like the Skull to be Captured, with metal surroundings, could be of Iron steel, could be in chains, It need to portrait an image of being trapped. If there is an example that would be appreciated to see. Also would like the rights to the image, it must not be copied or used elsewhere. You will need to tell me what's the best format for A5 book
