I need assets for 2D parallax scroller game

Design details: I would need the following assets for a 2d parallax scroller game.


A Panda with three three sprite sheet:

1) running
2) jumping
3) farting (when double jumped users tabs the screen makes the panda jump and fart)


and other assets:
* a background with a jungle theme which should be repeatable given that it is an infinite game
(it should be smooth and I prefer if they were two backgrounds that repeat without the user noticing).

* Two apples one green and one red which when kept anywhere above the ground is visible.

* A tiled ground (left-middle-right) which should match the background, this should allow us to have tiles of various widths and heights.

* We would need spikes (to be placed on top of the ground as an enemy) and coins (to be collected).

* A splash screen is needed to be designed with the panda face (settings menu on right, and if tapped on splash screen the game starts).

* A game menu which will include Achievements), (Privacy Policy), (mute sound, mute song), (facebook, twitter, our website logo).
Each item between brackets will be in a row, use icons when possible for example, sync -the cloud with arrows-, social icons


The Panda should look cute and chubby and preferably the panda to look very similar to this one

Also, we'd like to obtain the source files (AI, PSD) once the designs are confirmed.
