I need an illustrator to copy an Art Deco style

We are a fine art print retailer specialising in dog-related designs. I need someone to create a digital illustration (vector preferred so that I can change colours if needed). It would need to be similar to the attached, but with illustrations of terrier breeds (I can provide a list). The human figure would be similar (although not exactly the same for copyright reasons).

I have set the budget at the PPH recommended price for a CERT 4 illustrator, but can increase slightly for the right person. To be considered, you will need to include at least one example of a piece of work you have completed in a similar style.
