I need a vector graphic created of a combi boiler from photograph supplied

Information for the business: Boiler Repair
Design details: I have uploaded a photo of a combi boiler that I need redrawn into a vector graphic - simplified down. This will be used to highlight the problem areas when repair is undertaken so no flattened artwork please. I need to be able to get in and make changes to the artwork going forward so an illustrator CS6 or lower file please.
Aswell as the boiler image I have attached graphical image that the client likes the style of to give you some indication of the route I would like this drawing to take. Please message me with any queries.
