I need a professional Logo

Information for the business: Theatre and film company in education works with children and young adults
Industry: Education
Design details: I want something that looks illustrated or has a quirky feel. I am looking for something simple and recognisable that i can use as a logo for uniforms and also for a small animated gif on videos.

I have drawn a little sketch of a basic idea i had.

I wanted to include if possible a film reel and a camera projecting onto some performers.
