I need a map illustration of a fictional land - PLEASE NOTE JUST ONE MAP

Design details: I need a colour map drawn of a fictional land. I have had this sketched out by someone who can draw better than I can! I can supply this, although it will need some explanation as it needs to show the base of the land and therefore be 3d, in that respect. It isn't too detailed in that there are illustrative features , like mountains, a sound, trees, ravine, crags and a building. it can be either hand-drawn or via software but think the former may be easier.
