I need a logo designed for a holiday home rental

Hi there, I own a self catering holiday home rental on Northern Ireland's north coast in the seaside town of Portstewart. To help market the property I would like a logo for use on Facebook and stationery.

The address is 4 Queenora Avenue but with Northern Ireland's complicated history it is probably wise to avoid the use of a crown etc.!! My plan was to simply call the property "No. 4". Open to suggestions.
