I Need A Graphics Designer To Redesign a Company Mascot

I recently had a mascot designed for branding and marketing purposes for my health foods company for use here in the United States. The mascot turned out wonderful and we will continue to use this design here in the US, but I am now looking to get the mascot redesigned in a different art style for use in the Russian market. I have attached a screen of our original mascot design to this listing and I will go into more detail about the changes I am looking to have made below.

I am looking to have a change in the overall art style of the design and also a change in the facial expression/facial build of the hedgehog. Instead of a soft cartoony style like what I originally went with, I would like a more illustration kind of style. I am not looking for exact photorealism, just more detail to the features to make him come off as more of a serious guy instead of a happy cartoon. I would like for him to have a sterner facial expression, he should appear to be focusing/in deep thought and should have a slight smirk instead of a full happy smile.

After we nail down the updated character design I will also be looking to get multiple poses made of the hedgehog for packaging and marketing purposes, so this job will lead to more work in the future if you impress me! A fast turnaround time is of the utmost importance for this job as we are looking to update our brand image in Russia as fast as possible. Samples attached to your proposal will go a long way towards you getting the job since it will show that you are serious about getting this done quick for me, but samples are not required to be considered for the job.

Since I am looking to have this done on a rush I have set my budget for this design at $50. I will entertain all bids, so don't feel like you can't submit if you are over or under this amount! When submitting your proposals keep in mind that this will be this the first of a handful of designs I am looking to have made, so please price accordingly!
