I need a Christmas Card illustration designed

I need someone to design a Christmas card for our brand. We sell property in the beautiful Algarve in southern Portugal. Our brand is very simple and elegant, our colours are Grey, Black and white

The idea is to have a black and white/ cream illustration of an olive tree decorated with Christmas lights and presents at the bottom. There can be some colour, but ideally that would be shown on the lights/presents

It could say something like "Wishing you a very magical Christmas"

The idea is for this to be an a5 open card
