I am looking for a specific art style for a 120 page comic.

The best way to describe this artist style is, "a japanese twist."

You will need to be willing to sign an NDA. Please submit a sample relevant to the attachment with your proposal. It should be in full color. Attached are three separate slides from the story board. Please select one and demonstrate how you will follow guidelines and efficiently do this 120 times in the style you see fit for the attached slides. All 120 should be colored in a style similar to the original proposal submission.

PPH1
-The King is jumping from a plane. The compartment you see has been welded to the bottom of a plane and is too small for human to notice.
-create the plane. create hawaiian mountains and lots of ocean and a sunset sky.
PPH2
-there is very little sky. The mountains however, are very tall and stretch above the top of the canvas. These mountains are not green. The plants that cover them have many bright colors.
-The mouse king is giving an important speech to a large crowd. He is at the top of a castle bastion. The shabby village can be seen beyond the castle walls.
PPH3
-The King is furious. This is the moment his malicious/selfish nature is revealed. The mountains in the background have been covered in a white plaster and are smooth and white. There is a construction project in the distance. It looks like a modern sky scraper. Please choose a time of day.
