I am looking for a graphic designer to handle our design work

We are a photo booth company that is just starting up and are in need of a graphic designer that can build and manipulate our templates for our customers. We have examples of these templates and just need someone well versed in photoshop/illustrator to be able to offer our customers that personal touch. We value a responsive designer who will be able to deliver quality work and does not take too long to respond! I hope we are not asking for too much. Thanks
