I seek expert HVAC engineer to evaluate air conditioning options for my apartment and recommend a suitable solution.
The engineer's assessment will encompass the dwelling's attributes, usage patterns (see attached layout showing either the living area ~ 60m2 or bedrooms but not simultaneous use), and climatic factors influencing indoor climate control demands.
A written proposal will detail 2 optimised system designs with definition of the product specifications, installation requirements in an existing apartment with 2 balconies, one in the front and one at the back. See attached drawing. Illustration diagram is a must.
