Help create an awesome brand and develop/create all associated elements

I am looking for a super creative person with a good understanding of business, branding and marketing to help me pull together an awesome brand for my business and then bring all the ideas to life.

I know what I need, and have a solid base already designed and in use, however, it needs a lot of polishing and bringing everything together so that the brand is tight and consistent across all elements of the business.

Ideally I think I'm looking to work with somebody who is open minded, fun and creative and can make lots of suggestions as to what would work best, and how each element of the brand can be integrated into my sales and marketing. I would expect for us to have a meeting (face to face or via Skype) to agree a full brief before starting.

I'm looking for a full brand identity to be created, please don't send me a proposal to redesign my logo. I'd also be looking for you to present me with brand identity guidelines at the end of the project, which we can use within the business and share with suppliers and ideally help me with a brand strategy to work through how we will integrate the new brand into things like my social media and communications.

I am open to your suggestions as to what the end result of the project will be, but what I envisage is as follows:
- Logo and graphics edit/redesign
- Development of fonts, colours etc. to match the brand
- Development of a graphics pack for use on the website and on social media etc.
- Update my existing wordpress website to match the new brand (www.outhouseuk.com)
- Creation of straplines/wording to use
- Agreement of 'tone of voice' and 'message' that will be portrayed and used throughout all communications from our company (if your skills are right and you can also help with writing some copy for the website etc. that would be a bonus, otherwise, I'd like to create some guidelines that can be issued to a copywriter for them to work some magic)
- Brand identity document that clearly identifies all elements of the new brand and how it can be used
- Anything else you think I need!

I honestly don't know how much a project like this would cost, so am open to offers. Most important to me than price is finding the right person for this job. Please send me your best proposal and tell me why you are the person to help make my business shine.
