Hand Drawn Architectural/Installation Sketch

I am looking for a good draughts-person capable of copying/tracing a cold computer generated image and creating a loose, sketchy conceptual interpretation, adding some context and people, suited to a presentation mood-board.

It may be pencil/ink only, or probably (preferably) include some colour highlights. Attached is a sample, but just to give a loose impression.

Time is tight and I need it by 12pm Monday Jan 14.
