Graphics required for Quiz and Competition microsites

We require themed advertising graphics for our competition microsites, and for our new quiz application. Please see our requirements below for each design.

For each of the 4 designs, we would like a layered graphic file as well as exported GIF/JPEG.

Please quote a price for providing all 4 designs, and provide some examples of previous work, ideally of a similar type.


1. COMPETITION MICROSITES

For each competition we require 2 images:

Image 1: Prize Header
This should advertise the prize, and should fade to a white at the bottom.
Width: 791px
Height: between 300px and 400px

Image 2: Get Registered
This should contain the Registration Message as provided for each theme.
It must have the black bar on the right hand side, with the Disclaimer Text as provided for each theme.
A box will be overlayed on the graphic with more details for the user, as per the example.
Width: 400px
Height: 450px

We need graphics for two new themes:

2. QUIZ WEBSITE
We also need designs for our new quiz website.

There are two new quiz themes IQ Test and Football (soccer)

For each theme we need a full page design that incorporates our 600px by 400px quiz window. We also need a 600px by 400px design to put inside the quiz window that should contain the quiz-specific text below along with a button (or clickable area) to start the quiz.

Quiz 1: IQ Test

This is an IQ style test, with topics on general knowledge, geography, maths, language, and visual puzzles.

Quiz 2: Football (soccer)
