Graphic work for 3 print media ads

I would like to produce 3 \'credit card\' sized advertisements to be published in free weekly print media. Please find attached my draft designs, showing th text and illustration I require.
Colour will be black & white. The ad showingthe house probably needs the most explaining. I am looking for someone who can recreate this but i\'d like the \"lease 2 own a home\" to appear within a window frame and I\'d like there to be a ladder leading to the window.
Timescales for this are CoP Monday 30th Nov.
